For me, this isn't just about business, this is about creating genuine art. I pour my whole heart and being into creating something you can truly feel. I capture the most meaningful moments, whether big or small. Like the way that you laugh at each other. The way you say "I love you" without using words. The way you gaze into each others eyes... I want to be there to authentically capture all those moments and more.

Philosophy
My work is heavily influenced by photographing real moments, not posed ones. I want to capture the genuine relationship between a couple, not the stuff that feels awkward, forced, and unnatural to how you interact with each other when no one else is around. Sure, I can show up on your wedding day and perfectly pose you throughout the entire day - But to do that would be to create photos that don't authentically showcase you as the unique couple you are.
The day you marry your person should be the most intimate, memorable day of your life! I want to capture your biggest and smallest moments. I want you to feel safe being your true & honest self in front of me and my camera. This way, real and genuine moments are captured, therein creating something you can look back on and feel. I'm not a fan of stiff posing, but rather love natural movement that showcases who you really are.
My main focus above all else is that you two are in the moment together, and having the best time of your lives. My goal as your photographer is to be a fly on the wall and let you genuinely enjoy every moment without feeling like the main purpose is to smile for me and the camera. And hopefully by the end of the session, you'll realize how fun it was and how it felt more like a date - spending quality time with your partner!
I want you to be able to look back at your photos 50+ years down the road and be able to see your love for one another in the images. Your photographs should be meaningful, filled with real moments and genuine laughter, perfectly capturing your unique relationship. So whatever you want documented, I'll make sure to do it in a way that truly captures who you are, the way it felt, and the love shared between you.

More About Me
I've been photographing weddings since 2020, and the longer I am in this industry, the more I realize how precious meaningful & genuine photographs are. I want to romanticize every moment we have together, and to help you feel like you can be your vulnerable self - because that is when real art is created. and it brings a literal tear to my eye!! Being someone you trust is a huge priority in our relationship, and I don't take that incredible gift lightly.
I am easily inspired by the great outdoors. I grew up in a tiny town in Idaho, and spent almost all of my time barefoot, exploring the woods, swimming in creeks, and creating some of the best memories. Now, I travel around wherever my best friend is, who also happens to be my husband. We ended up eloping and planned our wedding in less than a week. The way our wedding unfolded and the intimacy we experienced has forever changed me and heavily influenced the way I document others weddings.
I place a high priority on seeing and capturing your unique connection. I'm always searching for details that make your story a unique work of art. If you're looking for a photographer that provides extremely posed photos with a ton of equipment and huge lights - we are probably not the best fit - and that's A-okay!
